Amor.com, also known as Corazon.com is a straight forward, easy to use dating website for Latinos or those looking to date Latinos. A relative newcomer to the Latin Dating scene, Amor.com has already been able to attract a decent and active membership with around 450 users online at any one time. Although this doesn't reach the heights of our number 1 rated Latin dating site, Amigos.com, it's not bad and means there will usually be someone online to chat with. Sign up is straight forward, just enter your details and you will get a confirmation mail through shortly allowing you to activate your account.

With a basic membership you are able to browse profiles, create your own, and email other members. It must be said, profiles are rather limited, with little information and generally just one small photo so you'll have to establish contact in order to get to know someone. We did appreciate the ability to express interest and send emails for free as this means you can get in touch with anyone you like the look of and wait for them to get back to you before committing financially.

In order to continue the correspondence (either by opening replies or with instant messenger) you will have to sign up to the gold membership plan. While this does seem a bit pricey at around $20 a month, you can make some great savings if you sign up for longer. Once you're a gold member you have access to the entire site, no hidden costs; something we really appreciated.

For the more mature daters out there, Amor.com could be the place for you. Although it isn't spelt out anywhere, it does appear as though Amor.com is aimed at those between around 30 to 60 years old. However, if you are looking to meet someone younger you may want to look elsewhere as, after browsing the profiles for some time, it appeared to us that younger daters are few and far between at Amor.com. 

One of our favorite features of Amor.com is that all your matches are suggested according to proximity. Just enter you zip code and Amor.com will suggest a whole range of singles in your area looking for a date. You may find the love of your life to be literally just around the corner! Furthermore, we believe this shows the serious intentions of those on Amor.com.

Some sites in this category appear to be populated with those more interested than flirting online than actually meeting someone in the flesh and developing a real meaningful relationship. Amor.com, however, seems like the place where people go to find a date and that's it, no nonsense!

Overall, we appreciated Amor.com's simplicity and reasonable price. We would recommend it to mature daters who are perhaps more traditional in the sense that they prefer to meet face to face rather than getting to know one another through chatting online. For a more feature packed, diverse membership, we would recommend checking out our No1 review, amigos.com. However, for straight forward simplicity, Amor.com is worth a look.
