LatinAffairs.comy ensure that all of the ladies are vetted for their suitability. They do this by collecting a cedula (i.e. social security card with picture I.D.) from all the ladies who contact the LatinAffairs office asking to be placed on LatinAffairs.com. They then interview each lady before deciding which ladies should be allowed to join their website.  To prevent fraud, they also use their database to cross reference anyone who tries to use a stolen cedula or the cedula of a friend.

All profiles have a good description and high quality photograph attached. The website literally offers you the chance to select the women you like, add them to a 'shopping basket' and then pay for their email addresses. LatinAffairs.com offer no guarantee that these women will reply to any of your correspondences.

LatinAffairs ask each lady to maintain a working phone number or email address.
