A member of the "Cupid" network of international dating websites, MexicanCupid uses the same template as LatinAmericanCupid.com. Both are powered by CupidMedia, and as such, have exactly the same set of features and the same  members' database - only the design of the site differs, and only slightly. For this reason, you will find that the text of our review for MexicanCupid.com similar to our review for the other sites in the Cupid range.

MexicanCupid is relatively new to the Latin dating scene and is yet to have built up an active user base, with only around 35 members online at any one time. Nevertheless, MexicanCupid.com still offers all the great CupidMedia features that will enhance and simplify your search. With Video Chat and Instant Messaging chatting and flirting with other singles has never been so much fun!

To create a profile just register for FREE. Then you'll be able to browse other profiles, check out the site's features, and decide which membership package you'd like to subscribe to. See our Costs section for all prices and features of each membership package. The site runs smoothly and appears well organized. However, the fact that only English and Spanish are available as browsing languages was slightly disappointing. Although it's likely most readers are familiar with at least of of these, it's always nice to browse in your own language.

Despite MexicanCupid not having as many profiles as InternationalCupid.com, this can't be seen as a negative considering it is just aimed at Mexican dating. However, access to the profiles of other members from all over the world is possible by simply changing the search parameters. As such, MexicanCupid allows you to meet other singles from Mexico but this doesn't mean your dating activity should be restricted to just one nationality. This said, those interested in dating Latinos in general would be better off at LatinAmericanCupid.com. 

MexicanCupid.com stands out from the crowd due to its strong feature set. We especially liked the built in translator which allows you to translate your messages into whatever language you need. This really greases the wheels of conversation with other singles all over the world. Type your message in your mother tongue, select a target language (that of the Latina / Latino you have in your sights) and send! Whoever you're chatting with will receive your message in their language, no more messing around with dictionaries! Such a simple idea solves so many problems and really opens up the possibility of chatting to literally anyone anywhere. This said, it is worth knowing that this is a machine translation which can lead to some, at times awkward, "lost in translation" moments. Fortunately, each profile lists the language abilities of MexicanCupid members, meaning that you can connect with those with whom you can communicate easily. 

In summary, MexicanCupid is a feature packed, easy to use, and extensive Latin Dating service which will be a great place to get started in your search for that Mexican romance of your dreams. Although perhaps lacking the personal touch of smaller websites, this is more than made up for by excellent reliability at a great price!
